These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and m777play ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the m777play online gaming and sports betting platform available at https://m777play.cam and any related subdomains, mobile interfaces, or applications (collectively, "the Platform").

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. m777play will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.

You must notify m777play immediately via live chat or email if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or if your credentials have been compromised.

All deposit transactions are subject to the following conditions:

Withdrawals of Real Money winnings from m777play are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the identity documents on file;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method;
• Withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) are targeted for same-day processing for verified accounts, subject to banking hours and transaction volume;
• The Operator reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawal requests above RM 10,000 or where unusual transaction patterns are identified;
• Where a deposit was made via a specific payment method, the Operator may require the initial return of funds to that same method up to the original deposited amount before directing remaining winnings to an alternative method.

The following general betting and gaming conditions apply across all product categories:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on m777play and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential legal action:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip-dumping in poker-format games;

• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose related to the concealment, conversion, or transfer of proceeds from criminal activity;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider in relation to transactions made on the Platform;
• Identity Fraud: Registering under a false name, using another person's identity documents, or misrepresenting any information provided during registration or KYC;
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software errors, loopholes, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, the Operator reserves the right to immediately freeze the Account, void affected bets, forfeit any balances derived from prohibited activity, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;

• Losses arising from events outside the Operator's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or third-party payment provider outages.

The Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Either party may terminate the Account at any time in accordance with the following provisions:

Termination by the User: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any remaining Real Money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to a verified payment method in your name. Bonus Funds not yet converted through satisfaction of wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Termination by the Operator: m777play reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary rules;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9;

Where the Operator terminates an Account due to the User's breach of these Terms, any Balance may be forfeited to the extent it represents gains derived from the prohibited conduct.

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.

In the event of any dispute between you and m777play, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. Our support team is available 24/7 via live chat and is empowered to resolve the majority of disputes at the first point of contact.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through direct engagement with our support team, a formal written complaint may be submitted to our compliance team at [email protected]. We commit to acknowledging formal complaints within 2 business days and providing a substantive response within 10 business days.

Where a dispute relates to the outcome of a game or bet, the Platform's transaction logs, as maintained and certified by the Operator, shall constitute the authoritative record. Decisions based on these logs shall be final and binding absent manifest error.

m777play reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
